Crafted Creations Policies

Shipping Policy:

  • Damage During Shipping: We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Any damage claims must be made with the shipping carrier. Crafted Crations by J is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from UPS/USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by UPS/USPS.

  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.Once your package has been scanned into the system by USPS/UPS, Crafted Creations by J is no longer responsible for your package.

  • Tracking: All orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail or UPS. A tracking number is provided once the order ships. Crafted Creations by J is not responsible for a missing or stolen package.

  • Shipping Time: Please try your best to order at least 2-3 weeks in advance. If you would like your order to be made priority, you must add the chosen rush fee to your order.

  • No Changes After Shipping: Once an order is shipped, no changes can be made.

Returns:

  • No Returns or Cancellations: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations.

  • Changes Before Start: If your plans change and you need to adjust your order, you may do so if your order has not been started yet.

Custom Orders:

  • Provide Event Date: When placing a custom order, provide the date you need the order. This date should be before the event date. We are not responsible if items do not arrive on the event day if the provided date is the same as the event.

  • Orders Over $300: For orders over $300, a contract must be signed. ID and matching credit/debit card may be required at our discretion to prevent fraud. Alternatively, you can pay via Zelle. Email us if you prefer to pay with Zelle.

  • Placing your order: (Be sure to put the name you want on your items in the notes section with correct spelling). Please include the event title, date, or any other information in the 'Notes to Seller' section once you add the item to your cart. If a digital file, please include an email address. For custom orders please include colors and writing. Please list exactly how you would like yoiur order. Major changes will incur a design fee of $15.

Proof & Approval Policy:

  • Design Details: Please be specific when providing design details. Send any inspiration photos, invitations, example designs, etc.

  • Proof Approval: We send a proof for approval before printing. Minor changes (spelling, color changes, photo placement, small design elements) can be made at no extra cost. Major changes (complete theme changes, edited photo changes, multiple design changes) will incur a $15+ design fee.

  • Approval Time: You have 72 hours to approve the proof. If we do not receive approval within 72 hours, the order will be shipped as is.

  • Errors: If an error is noticed after approval and printing, a reprint fee of $15 will occur - because more materials will have to be used to fix the mistake.

  • We do not show design proofs if the order is not payed in full. You must order before you are sent any proofs.

Chargebacks:

  • Contact Us First: If you have any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to email us. We're here to help and are committed to resolving any concerns in a friendly and satisfactory manner.

  • Chargebacks: If you file a chargeback with your bank, you will no longer be able to shop with Jazz N Jay Creations. Future orders will be canceled. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in legal action.
